Express Multi-adapterĭirect X 12 very effectively merges multiple GPUs into an exclusive unit which is known as an Explicit Multi-adapter. Now the app lets the multi-core CPUs send simultaneous guidelines to the GPU and open the entry for the more famous execution on multi-core systems. DirectX 12 has also controlled the error of not supporting the multi-core CPUs for the gaming section. The built-in multimedia accelerator functions enable your hardware to work more efficiently and improve the whole multimedia experience.

None of these options worked, nor gave me the option to use DirectX 12 within WOW. I checked the box for “Additional command line arguments” and typed -d3d12. I also went into BNet Application > World of Warcraft > Options > Game Settings. I went into the WTF Folder > Config.wtf and changed the line under SET gxApi “D3D11” to “D3D12” I made sure that both the WOW and World of Warcraft Launcher files do not have compatibility mode enabled, and also “Disable Full Screen Optimizations” are enabled on both. I used DDU to completely uninstall and then reinstall NVIDIA GeForce to reinstall the latest drivers. My PC shows that I am using DirectX 12, but WOW will not give me the option to use it. I have been trying to enable DirectX 12 in WOW for some time now, especially with the launch of 8.1 coming on Tuesday.
